Please find our current policy on COVID-19. Our West Edmonton clinic is open and taking pre-arranged appointments only. We will remain open until such time that we cannot continue to operate. Our South Edmonton clinic has been temporarily closed. We are closely monitoring the situation and will react appropriately within the guidelines of AHS and Health Canada.
Please know that we have always and will continue to regularly disinfect high-traffic areas, including waiting rooms, hearing booths, clinical rooms, our workstations and washrooms using hospital-grade disinfectants. Our staff are receiving up-to-the-minute briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
We are encouraging that if you need to see us for any reason that you call ahead for an appointment time so that we can properly space out patients.
- If you are feeling unwell, please call us and we are happy to reschedule your appointment.
- If you have an appointment with our clinic, please use the hand sanitizer after entry and before leaving.
- If you develop symptoms of the COVID-19 virus after you visit our clinic, please call to let us know, and please call 811. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or shortness of breath.
- If you have traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days or may have had close contact with a person considered a likely or confirmed case of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we will be happy to answer any questions you have, or if you would like to book an appointment, please call us at 587-557-1000.
