When you walk into our offices at Capital City Audiology and Hearing Centre, the first thing you’re greeted with (besides our friendly staff) is a feature wall built with aged, locally sourced, reclaimed barn wood. Modern, brightly coloured offices contrast this rustic feature wall and as you walk through our building this unification of old and new continues.

When my wife, Doctor of Audiology, Colleen Anderson and myself (Kevin Anderson, also a Doctor of Audiology) started Capital City Audiology in the fall of 2015, we felt a need to reintroduce the industry an age-old concept we felt should be modernized again — a personal touch. We have a deep appreciation for the history of Edmonton and of Alberta, and we also have an appreciation for the progressiveness of the people as well. This is why we decided to go this direction and we want you to know that you will receive the same care and thoughtfulness that we used to design our office.

Colleen and I each have over 20 years experience working as audiologists, and a lot has changed over the years. You can see it in the décor — not just the way we operate. In the hallways, we’ve hung pictures of old hearing aids that range from 40-60 years old — most of which were collected by my father and mother, Murray and Denise Anderson, who also practiced in the field.

It’s a reminder of where the industry has been, while you receive the modern, highest quality of hearing care and professionalism in the city. Whether you need new hearing aids, hearing protection or just curious about your hearing abilities, we make sure that time is spent focusing on what will serve you best. Plus, it’s nice when you can return to our clinic and see the same friendly faces every time!

We are excited to meet you and show off our latest office, call us at 587-462-1000 today!

Kevin Anderson, Doctor of Audiology
